The five piece band makes music on an art farm in Northern California, where they have created their very own brand of psychedelic, dark circus rock. They are underground artists with DIY minds, breaking music into a subway of the subconscious that tantalizes the head like a crossword puzzle on a carousel. Samvega's energy of sound is a contagious chameleon.

**This will be Samvega's official vinyl release show for their third album, "The King is Asleep" The visual experience will include projection mapping and a recycled art/fashion show designed and created by the Baker Sisters and Ehlers Society. ***
This is the core. The compost. The ish. These are the orphan compositions who flourished unnourished. Volunteer tomato jungle of forgotten fruit, over-ripe and dripping with nostalgia. Over-grown-algae-ridden fish tank of vibrant dusty heart-felt grunge music!
After a few different incarnations, members of Bay Area band, Mære, have come together again to form Crook. Under this new moniker, Daniel Crook, Burak Yarebakan, Vince Gutierrez and Timothy Oakley have created a cinematic fusion of rock and roll and soul inspired by artists ranging from the vocal stylings of Nina Simone and James Blake to the musical stylings of artists like Sigur Ros and Queen of the Stone Age. Though their influences are far reaching, their sound is unique to itself.
