Whiskey of the Damned
“Music is the brandy of the damned.” - Don Juan, in George Bernard Shaw’s Man and Superman. With a single word change, the great Irish playwright’s line has, since 2011, given name to one hellishly good Celtic-rock band. The Milwaukee-based quintet Whiskey of the Damned specializes in an intoxicating brand of music that’s high in energy and deep in emotion. Formed by Dublin-born, Wisconsin-raised singer-guitarist-songwriter Eoin McCarthy (pronounced O-wen), Whiskey of the Damned has been a live-performance favorite in pubs and halls throughout the East, South and Midwest, thanks to an incessant touring schedule and invariably good word-of-mouth.
The Restless Sons
Although The Restless Sons consider themselves a new band, Darren O'Brien (vocals/guitar), Sean O'Brien (lead guitar), Neil Thollander (bass) of Calistoga, CA previously played together for 10+ years as the local punk band Something Cool. Along with Something Cool, multiple members of The Restless Sons have been fully involved and active in other bands such as, The Cruz Missiles, God's Oddities, and have done US tours with Santa Cruz's Dun Bin Had.
Liam Kyle Cahill
Raw energy and passion is the fuel behind the driving sound of Liam Kyle Cahill. There are few acoustic artists who can hold a candle to his powerful performances, contained within it whip-smart lyrics and earnest guitar chops.
Ryan Davidson
Take folk music’s tradition of storytelling, mix it with some aggressive punk flair, add an impassioned voice and Ryan Davidson is what you get.
