DJ DePope of Funk is a Bay Area treasure known for his flare for funk and dance music. As the resident DJ for Purple Funk Familia, he specializes in old school soul and funk, providing groovy mixes that get everyone on their feet at Prince-themed parties and events and more across the region. With deep roots in radio broadcasting from San Francisco's KPOO, DePope has a long history of throwing down the funk! DJ DePope is a member of the esteemed DJ trio group TKOF (The Kings of Funk). He's also known for being somewhat of a dancing DJ—often found out on the dance floor joining in the groove himself—DePope keeps the party going and leaves everyone wanting more.
